She was already a passionate writer, always holding a pen and a notebook, very keen in portraing people, not the least women holding on bravely to their calling and quest. True Grit is different from other books Debbie has written. Yet she still finds the way to disburb and keep me awake at night, thinking "what on earth am I doing? Excellent writing, shaking reading. Way to go Deb!

This is a wonderful book, I highly recommend it! It combines life testimonies with very good information about the justice / injustice issues. An eye opener in many ways!
