Dave Thomas

Ieri sera ci è giunta la notizia che una cara persona, Dave Thomas, capo ingegnere e ingegnere tuttofare delle navi di Operazione Mobilitazione da tanti anni, è morto per un arresto cardiaco a bordo della Logos II. OM ha perso una persona importante e leggendaria. I miei pensieri e le mie preghiere vanno a Joy che è improvvisamente rimasta sola, tra tanta gente a bordo. Una notizia davvero triste ed inaspettata.
Last night we received the news that a dear person, Dave Thomas, first engineer and "allknowing engineer" on OM-ships since many years, has passed away after a heart attack on board Logos II. OM has lost an important and legendary person. My thoughts and prayers go to Joy who is suddenly alone amongst so many people onboard. A sad and unexepected news, really.
